Once we know the specifics of what you plan to buy and what you would like to trade in (along with its condition), Keysight will provide you with a quote for that transaction. Keysight will issue an invoice for the full price of the to-be-purchased unit, along with a separate credit note, for the value of the trade-in unit. The customer pays the difference between these two invoices. Upon ordering, and in accordance with local tax and trade requirements, once the new product has shipped, Keysight expects to receive the trade-in unit within 30 days, either directly from the customer or through a pre-arranged pickup, depending on your country location.
